Imagine this: You committed to a certain number of orders at a trade show or otherwise, but at the time of fulfillment, you realize you don’t have enough units in stock. Or you realize you entered the wrong shipping/billing address or contact details while taking the order.Â
Our new feature allows you to edit confirmed orders to accommodate these changes. To do so, go to an order and click on the edit icon:
You will be redirected to this page:
Click on the three dots at the top right corner (see above), and click “Edit order.”
You will be redirected to this page, where you can edit any line item you want: Customer details, billing address, shipping address, email ID, payment method, etc.
