Responsibilities:

● Technical Leadership: Drive the architectural and technical vision for the frontend stack using React.js, TypeScript, and modern web tooling.
● People Management: Coach, mentor, and support engineers in their technical and career development, fostering a high-performance culture.
● Delivery Ownership: Collaborate with product and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality features and improvements with clear timelines.
● Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean, modular, and maintainable code through reviews, standards, and tooling.
● Performance & Scalability: Own the performance of customer-facing interfaces, focusing on speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless integration and deployment pipelines.
● Hiring & Team Development: Participate in recruiting activities and help shape the future of the frontend team.

Required Skills:

● Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and frontend performance optimization.
● Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
● Deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and design systems.
● Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Cypress), and observability tools.
● Hands-on experience in modern frontend workfl ows (e.g., Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier).
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with micro-frontend architecture or modular design at scale.
● Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization.
● Prior experience in building admin panels, dashboards, or confi guration interfaces for B2B platforms.
● Understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, or WebSockets.
