This “Notice” supplements our Privacy Policy (collectively, “Policy”) and provides a privacy notice in accordance with the requirements of CCPA. It applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California.

Includes information such as, browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.


Location data:

Includes information such as information about the location of your device when you use our Services.


Sensory Data: 

Includes information such as audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.


Professional or employment-Data:

Includes information such as current or past job history or performance evaluations.


Education information: 

Includes information such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records



Includes information such as inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

Includes contents of a consumer’s mail, email, and text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication.

Includes Consumer’s genetic data, information collected and analyzed concerning a user’s health, sex life or sexual orientation. 


3. Why do we process your personal data?

  • Purpose: We process the data for the following purposes:

  3. For service improvements;
  4. For fraud prevention and troubleshooting; 
  5. For analytics operations;
  6. To fulfill legal obligations;

  • Sale: We do not sell your personal data. So, we do not offer an opt-out to the sale of personal data.

Share: In addition to collecting and using Usage Data ourselves, we may share Usage Data with third parties, including our partners and service providers, for various purposes, including to help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve the Service as well as for advertising and marketing purposes. Such Usage Data is always stored in encrypted form, and in no event can any person who has access to the Usage Data be able to use or modify the usage Data in a way such that it may become Personal Information, or can be used to identify a person.

4. Your Rights

You have the following rights under the CCPA.  

  • Right to Know: You have the right to ask us to disclose the personal data we have collected, used, shared or sold about you.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to ask us to correct, rectify or complete your personal data.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Opt-out: You have the right to ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal data. To exercise this right, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request at:
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not provide you differential Services, in the event you exercise your rights. However, in certain circumstances, exercising your rights may affect our ability to provide you the Services.  
  • To exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data, you may send us an email at detailing your request. 
  • You may decline to submit any personal data through the Site or withdraw your consent under this Policy at any time, in which case we may not be able to provide certain Services to you. 
  • We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period

5. Disclosure of your personal data

We only disclose your personal data on a need to know basis, with other users of the service, with service providers, business affiliates, law enforcement authorities, and third parties (like our lawyers, auditors, etc)
