1. What happens when I purchase a subscription?

You get instant access to your plan’s credits and features. Your billing cycle starts immediately.

2. What happens if I upgrade from a Project Plan?

All subscription features and credits are available immediately upon upgrade. Any remaining Project Plan credits will continue to be used first until they expire.

3. What happens on monthly/yearly auto-renewal?

Your subscription renews automatically, and: New credits are added; Unused credits are carried forward.

4. Do my unused credits always roll over to the next month?

Yes, your unused credits roll over as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your plan, any unused credits will expire.

5. What happens if I use all my credits before the next billing cycle?

You can purchase additional topups on the existing plan or upgrade your plan for a long term cheaper option.

6. What happens when I get a topup over my existing plan? When will the topups credit expire?

The topup credit will be added to your existing credit pool. The topup credits will be similar to normal credits in your subscription and would be rolled over if the subscription is renewed. Top-ups start at 10 credits for $100.

7. What happens when I upgrade to a higher monthly/yearly plan?

Your current plan is replaced immediately and remaining credits are carried forward. You get the additional credits of the new plan, plus any unused credits from your current plan. The billing cycle remains the same and you pay the difference in price.

8. What happens if I upgrade from monthly to yearly?

Your current plan ends immediately. Yearly plan starts on the same day and you have to pay the full amount upfront. You get full yearly credits plus unused credits carried forward.

9. What happens if my recurring payment fails?

Multiple attempts would be made in a 3 day period. If payment succeeds, your plan continues normally. If payment fails, your access is removed and any unused credit will expire.

10. When does my renewal officially happen if payment is delayed?

If payment is completed during the grace period, your renewal is counted from the original renewal date, not the payment date.

11. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, no further charges will be made and your credits will expire. You can also reactivate your subscription before the end of your billing cycle.

12. What happens if I cancel and come back later?

You can subscribe again anytime but previous unused credits would not be restored.

13. Can I switch to a lower plan anytime? What happens to my unused credits when I downgrade?

Yes, but the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Unused credits would be carried forward to the lower plan. Yearly to Monthly switches aren’t available directly; contact support.

14. What is Done For You (DFY) and how does it work?

A service where specialized image stylists create images on your behalf. Silos and Line Drawings — 0.5 per download; Lifestyle — 0.5 per download; Multi-product scene — 1 per download.

15. Do I pay extra for Done For You?

Each Enterprise plan includes a set number of free DFY credits. Additional DFY credits can be purchased as add-ons, starting at $125 for 10 credits.
