Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
- Manage vendor relationships (event organizers, booth designers, contractors, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
- Measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
- Experience with event marketing software/tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
