Role:
As a Program Manager at WizCommerce, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of key programs across various functions within the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that streamline operations, improve processes, and elevate the performance of the organization. This is a highly visible role, requiring a combination of analytical and leadership skills to manage and execute strategic projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams in Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance to design, implement, and optimize key programs.
- Own and drive process improvements across multiple functions, ensuring that teams are aligned and working seamlessly together.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, create solutions, and ensure smooth execution of programs that directly impact business outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each program.
- Monitor and track progress against KPIs and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Work with leadership to identify resource requirements and allocate resources efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication to senior management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Analyst, Product Management, or Program Management role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- Graduates from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
- A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the operations of Sales, Customer Success, and Finance functions is a plus.
