Created a customer by mistake? With our new feature, you can delete customers created by mistake who don’t have any orders and quotes against them.
Simply go to the customer dashboard and find the customer you want to delete.
Click on the customer you want to delete. You will be redirected to this page:
Click on “View details.” You will be redirected to this page.
On this page, click the three dots at the top right corner, next to the “Edit” button.
You will see the option to delete a customer.Â
You can’t delete a customer who has orders against them. If you try to do this, you will see the following error message:
