Credits are virtual tokens used to create, enhance, and download AI-generated content in WizStudio. You only spend credits when you download or generate final assets.

- 1 credit per image download

Lifestyle Videos
- 0.2 credits per second of video generated
Product Variant Builder

2. Can I try WizStudio before committing to a paid plan?
Yes. WizStudio offers a Free Trial so you can experience the platform before upgrading.
Free Trial includes:
- 5 credits
- 50 image generations
- 15 days access
- 1 user
- 1 concurrent job
During the trial, you can:
- Upload your products
- Generate lifestyle imagery
- Test AI editing tools
- Try background removal, dimension lines, and silo editing
- Explore the full workflow before purchasing credits
This allows you to evaluate image quality, speed, and overall fit for your catalog before committing to a paid plan.
3. Do my unused credits roll over to the next month?
Project-based plans
No. Each package comes with credits that have a fixed expiry date. These are one-time purchases, and credits must be used within the validity period.
Enterprise plans
Yes. Your unused credits roll over as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription is canceled, any unused credits will expire.
4. What happens if I use all my credits before the expiry date?
Project-based plans
You can purchase additional credits anytime. There are no restrictions — simply top up and continue creating.
Enterprise plans
You can purchase additional credits as add-ons whenever needed. Top-ups start at 50 credits for $500.
5. What is DFY (Done For You) service and how does it work?
The Done For You (DFY) service is available for Enterprise plans. With DFY, our specialized image stylists create images on your behalf — ideal for large catalogs or complex requirements.
DFY images are charged per download:
- Silos and line drawings: 0.5 credits per download
- Lifestyle images: 0.5 credits per download
- Multi-product scenes: 1 credit per download
6. Do I pay extra for Done For You?
Each Enterprise plan includes a set number of free DFY credits.
If you require more, you can purchase additional DFY credits as add-ons, starting at: $250 for 20 DFY credits
7. How do I cancel my plan?
Project-based plans
These are one-time purchases, so there’s no cancellation required. Your credits remain active until they expire.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are purchased annually with an upfront commitment. If you need assistance with changes, renewals, or plan-related queries, please reach out to our team at help@wizcommerce.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Your uploaded products, generated images, and brand assets are stored securely. WizStudio follows strict security and privacy standards to ensure your data remains protected.
