March 2026

In this article

Here’s a look at everything new this month across the WizCommerce platform. This release includes updates across WizOrder, WizShop, AI Order Entry Assistant, and WizStudio.

This month’s updates:

  1. Universal Smart Search
  2. User Management on Website
  3. Multi-Cart on Website
  4. Auto Email Ingestion – AI Order Entry Assistant
  5. Customer Specific Processing Rules – AI Order Entry Assistant
  6. AI Videos – WizStudio
  7. 8K Images – WizStudio

1. Universal Smart Search

Universal Smart Search

You can now search across your entire product catalog without selecting a specific field.

The new Universal Smart Search automatically scans product names, SKUs, attributes, and categories at the same time and surfaces the most relevant results instantly. Buyers and sales reps can also refine searches with additional keywords and quickly navigate categories directly from the results panel.

This update removes extra steps in the search flow and helps users find products faster — improving discovery across large catalogs.

2. User Management on Website

User Management

Website admins can now add and manage users directly from the website interface. Previously, user management required navigating to platform settings. Admins can now create new users, assign roles, and send invitations — all from within the website’s user management section.

This simplifies access control and allows teams to manage buyer accounts without leaving the website.

3. Multi-Cart on Website

Multi-Cart

Website users can now create and manage multiple carts simultaneously. Customers handling multiple projects can create separate carts and add products to each one independently.

This update enables buyers to organize orders more efficiently and reduces friction when managing different purchasing needs at the same time.

4. Auto Email Ingestion – AI Order Entry Assistant

Ella-Order Entry Assistant

WizCommerce’s AI Order Entry Assisatnt – Ella, can now automatically ingest purchase orders directly from connected email accounts.

Once an email inbox is linked, Ella continuously reads incoming emails and intelligently identifies which ones contain purchase orders that need to be processed. Supported integrations currently include Gmail and Outlook.

When a purchase order email is detected, Ella automatically replies on the same email thread, acknowledging that the order is being processed.

Once processing is complete, Ella shares a link in the email to view the order directly in the Ella dashboard — on the draft order screen.

This removes manual steps like forwarding emails, ensures no orders are missed, and gives teams full visibility into order processing status automatically.

5. Customer Specific Processing Rules – AI Order Entry Assistant

Ella - Customer Specific Prompts

You can now define customer-specific processing instructions for how Ella handles orders. Using simple natural language prompting, teams can add any customer-specific processing logic — such as applying discounts, setting payment terms, or modifying order handling conditions for specific customers.

This allows Ella to automatically follow customer-specific requirements and reduces manual corrections during order processing.

6. AI Videos – WizStudio

AI Videos

WizStudio now includes AI Video Generation, allowing you to create studio-quality product videos from a single product image. Users can generate lifestyle videos, product closeups, and 360° spin videos in minutes — without traditional production workflows.

This enables brands to produce video content at scale and accelerate go-to-market timelines.

7. 8K Images – WizStudio

8K images

WizStudio now supports generation and download of high-resolution 8K images. Teams can create ultra-detailed product visuals suitable for print catalogs, zoom-heavy ecommerce experiences, and large-format displays.

This ensures brands can maintain high visual quality across digital and offline channels without additional editing workflows.
